Finnish Sauna

After a challenging hike, the sauna is the perfect finishing touch. The heat stimulates your circulation, relaxes tight muscles, and prepares your body for recovery. While your body warms up, your mind will calm, and you’ll feel reborn. You’ll experience deep relaxation and inner peace. You’ll fall asleep more easily and wake up energized and ready for new challenges.

Before the sauna: Take a shower and drink plenty of water.

In the sauna: Use a towel, relax, and breathe deeply.
Alternate 10–15 minutes in the hot sauna with a cold shower or a dip in a stream. Repeat 2–3 times.

After the sauna: Replenish fluids with herbal tea or mineral water, and rest.

The optimal temperature in a Finnish sauna ranges from 80 to 100 °C.

Looking for the perfect place to relax and unwind? Our hot tub offers a unique experience all year round. Whether you want to enjoy a moment of solitude or spend quality time with loved ones, the warm bubbling water and massage jets create an atmosphere of tranquility and comfort. Relax your muscles, relieve stress, and recharge your energy. The hot tub is ideal for recovery after a busy day or as a pleasant start to a new day.

Before: Take a shower to remove any impurities.

During: Relax, breathe deeply, and enjoy the massage jets.

After: Rinse off with clean water and hydrate.

The optimal water temperature is between 36–38 °C, and the recommended time for use is 15–20 minutes.
